Cutting is the stage where attention to detail is non-negotiable, and our infrastructure ensures high accuracy in every panel. The department uses End Cutter systems for straight-line cutting, Band Knife machines for curved or intricate shapes, and Fusing Machines that ensure perfect bonding for collars, plackets, waistbands, and other fused components.

We also utilise Edge Cutter Machines for clean, uniform edges that enhance the consistency of the garment during stitching. The entire floor is bright, well-ventilated, and laid out to maintain smooth movement of fabric bundles. Every cut panel is checked against pattern standards before moving forward.
